4:00 PM

• 2:15 AM | Monday
• Thursday 6:00 AM
• 6:00 PM, Friday

  Manage full setup and operation of Swiss machines
  Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T symbols
  Correct process variations and tool failures
  Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
  Ensure proper tool selection and mounting
  Input SPC data for quality tracking Requirements of the CNC Swiss machinist:
  5 years of CNC Swiss manufacturing experience
  2 years of CNC Swiss set-up experience
  Advanced blueprint reading and shop math
  Understanding of precision inspection standards
