Role:

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Swiss CNC Machinist to join a collaborative production team. You'll own machine setups and daily production runs, producing precision components in a fast-paced environment with real room to grow. What You'll Do Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines for daily production Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet quality standards Carry out preventative maintenance to keep machines running reliably Handle tool changes and select or verify the right tooling for each job Diagnose production issues and put effective fixes in place Share machine and operation requirements clearly with operators What You Bring Hands-on setup and operating experience with Swiss CNC machines Programming and troubleshooting experience on Swiss CNC equipment, including reading and writing CNC programs as needed Familiarity with Citizen and Tornos machines Strong math skills, ideally shop or machine math Solid understanding of GD&T and the ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficiency with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, pressure micrometers, and microscopes A track record of holding tight tolerances Experience machining medical components, devices, or instruments (medical manufacturing background is a strong plus) Education High school diploma or equivalent Machining diploma from a technical or trade school, or equivalent hands-on experience
