Machine Builder -

Direct Placement White Bear Lake, MN Shift:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Pay:

$25-$35+/hr Depending on Experience Build custom machines and fixtures from the ground up in a clean manufacturing environment. Work from blueprints and engineering drawings to assemble, fabricate, troubleshoot, and test one-of-a-kind equipment. Hiring Process Meet with Michael for a pre-screening questionnaire and initial qualifications review. Qualified candidates will move forward to an interview with the hiring team. Responsibilities Build machines, equipment, and fixtures from start to finish. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components. Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Perform fabrication, machining, and welding as needed. Troubleshoot assembly and machine issues. Test completed machines and ensure quality standards are met. Follow safety procedures and work closely with engineers and technicians. Work Environment Clean, organized machine-building shop using hand tools, power tools, welders, mills, lathes, and other fabrication equipment. Day-shift position focused on custom machine and fixture builds. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
