About the Role As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the precise operation and optimization of advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality output. You will play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and upholding rigorous quality standards to support our manufacturing goals. Responsibilities Execute machine setups and operate CNC equipment to meet production targets and quality specifications. Perform detailed quality inspections using precision gaging instruments to ensure product consistency. Analyze and resolve mechanical or programming issues to minimize downtime and maximize machine performance. Interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings to guide accurate production processes. Maintain a highly organized and efficient workspace by adhering to 5S and safety protocols. Document production data and process adjustments to ensure accurate reporting and operational transparency. Required Skills 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining or similar manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing complex tasks. Strong proficiency in reading technical blueprints and applying intermediate mathematical concepts. Experience using various gaging instruments for precise quality control. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred Skills Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members in machine operation. Strong commitment to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
