Position:

Add value to the company by machining castings accurately and efficiently in accordance with established work instructions.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program, Set-up, operate and maintain CNC machinery.
• Machine castings in accordance with the current work instructions.
• Visually inspect casting for non-conformity prior to machining.
• Inspect and record critical dimensions after machining.
• Complete all inspection forms accurately and legibly.
• Promote an attitude of quality, teamwork, and cooperation with co-workers.

Standards Within the

Position:

• Have the ability to read and understand work orders and identify components and assemblies.
• Be the expert in the programming, set-up, operation, and maintenance of the machinery you operate.
• Report any non-conformity using established procedures.
• Have a working knowledge of the inspection process and tools.
• Keep work area organized so that all products in the area can be readily identified.
• Make recommendations for new procedures and tools to improve efficiencies.
• Observe all policies established in the Multi-Wing Employee Handbook.

Expected hours:

40.0 - 50.0 per week
