Conroe, TX Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to operate a Mazak Slant 550 / Powermaster . The ideal candidate will have hands-on machining experience and be capable of working independently with minimal training. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of CNC lathe machining experience Experience operating a Mazak Slant 500/550 or Powermaster highly preferred Experience working with a 4-Jaw Chuck ( required ) Ability to perform machine setups and edits Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and mechanical drawings Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Able to work with little supervision and minimal training Preferred Qualifications Basic threading experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with standard lathe threading operations Responsibilities Operate CNC Mazak Slant 550 / Powermaster lathes safely and efficiently Perform machine setups and make necessary program edits Verify dimensions and quality using precision measuring instruments Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Maintain production and quality standards Ensure a clean and safe work environment CNC Lathe, Mazak, Threading
