Job Description

We're expanding our manufacturing facility and adding CNC equipment as we continue to grow. We are looking for machinists to operate CNC mill/ lathe - making smaller components for our closures; and CNC lathe machines for our large size parts ( VTLs machines). We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, maintain tight quality standards, and recognize problems before they result in scrap. This is steady, year-round work in a climate-controlled machine shop. Day shift only. No rotating shifts. No seasonal layoffs or regular hour cuts. Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM, with Saturday work available as needed. We have a programmer on site, no programming experience needed. Competitive wages based on experience level. Essential Job Functions Machine high-quality products as per provided specifications on work orders Read and understand basic CNC programs (G & M codes) Set-up and operate CNC Mill/Lathe machine Measure dimensions and tolerances using company-provided, calibrated measuring tools Read and understand blueprints Able to maintain a clean and safe working environment Qualifications/Requirements 3+ years of CNC machining experience Haas control experience preferred. Strong measuring and inspection skills are essential. Must be able to pass background and substance screening Must be able to meet organizational performance factors such as safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards General

awareness and understanding of production-related requirements Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and work for a minimum of 9-hour shift Occasional lifting (up to 25lbs), stretching and bending is required
