We are looking for someone with deep experience in programming, setup, and operation of CNC lathes. We value strong work ethic, precision, and a passion for continuous improvement. Safe, clean, and positive working environment! Responsibilities Program and prove out CNC lathe programs using G-code and CAM software. Set up machines with appropriate tooling, fixtures, and offsets. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications. Perform turning, facing, threading, grooving, knurling, and other lathe operations. Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency and quality. Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance procedures. Document work orders, irregularities, and departmental needs to maintain shift continuity. Requirements 5+ years of CNC lathe operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to

OPERATE CNC

lathes. Experience with HAAS Lathe controls (or similar). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to pass a proficiency test. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred Skills Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM software. Experience machining carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Pay Competitive pay based on experience.
