Overview Truth Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator 2 to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, operating, and repairing production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. This role requires a reliable individual committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout daily operations. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator 2 plays a vital role in ensuring that machinery runs continuously and efficiently, meeting all company specifications. Responsibilities Set up production equipment according to specifications and operational requirements. Operate machinery safely and efficiently during production runs. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to prevent downtime. Repair or adjust machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance. Monitor machine operations closely to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Document production activities, machine issues, and maintenance performed. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize manufacturing processes. Ensure that all machinery operates smoothly with minimal interruptions for continuous production. Requirements Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role, preferably at a Machine Operator 2 level. Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, maintenance, and repair procedures. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards. Reliable with good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures related to operating manufacturing equipment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Pay:
$23.50 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
