Are you experienced in Quality Control, wire harness assembly, soldering, cable assembly, or aerospace manufacturing? Do you have an eye for detail and take pride in producing work that is accurate, reliable, and built to specification? Hiring Quality Control & Manufacturing Technicians for a growing Aerospace & Department of Defense (DOD) manufacturing operation in the Orlando area. This is an opportunity to put your skills to work on high-reliability aerospace and defense products where quality, precision, and workmanship truly matter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Quality Control or Manufacturing Technician, you may be responsible for: Inspecting wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electronic assemblies Performing quality inspections for workmanship, accuracy, and specification compliance Building and inspecting wire harnesses and cable assemblies Performing soldering, crimping, wire termination, and connector installation Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Inspecting solder joints, wire routing, crimps, terminals, connectors, and component placement Using precision measuring and inspection equipment Identifying defects and documenting nonconformances Maintaining accurate quality and traceability documentation Supporting corrective and preventive actions when needed Working closely with production and quality teams Following established aerospace, DOD, safety, and workmanship requirements Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional manufacturing environment
EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Aerospace manufacturing DOD / defense manufacturing Quality Control or Quality Inspection Wire harness assembly Cable assembly Soldering Electrical or electronic assembly Crimping and terminal installation Blueprint or schematic reading Precision measurement and inspection Manufacturing inspection Avionics or aerospace electrical assembly
EXPERIENCE WITH THESE STANDARDS IS A BIG PLUS
IPC/WHMA-A-620 IPC
J-STD-001 IPC-A-610
Candidates with aerospace, electronics, avionics, or high-reliability manufacturing experience are especially encouraged to apply.
