Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery following established procedures and training. Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products. Support multiple manufacturing departments based on production needs. Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Perform basic measurements and quality checks using production tools and equipment. Accurately enter production and inventory information into computer systems. Review work orders, production schedules, and part specifications. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, when required (training provided). Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Meet daily production, quality, and safety expectations. Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience. Experience working in fast-paced environments. Forklift experience or willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. No previous machine operating experience is required. Training is provided for motivated individuals who are ready to learn. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
