12:30 PM - 8:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator Helper to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists machine operators with daily production activities, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work area. Key Responsibilities Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment. Load and unload materials as needed. Transport materials and finished products throughout the facility. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines. Support production goals by ensuring materials and supplies are readily available. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift. Ability to frequently lift and move 50+ pounds. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required. #IND37
