Lead Tech:

running the crew, driving the truck, and owning quality on every job. If you don't have that experience yet but you're a solid worker who's ready to learn, you'll come in as a crew tech and learn directly from someone who's done it — with a real path to leading your own crew. The one thing that matters no matter your experience level: you need to be genuinely comfortable working up on roofs. This work happens at height, on ladders and rooflines, every day. What You'll Do Work as part of a two-man crew on pressure washing, roof softwashing, christmas light installation, and window cleaning jobs daily Get up on roofs and ladders comfortably and safely, every job, every day Set up equipment, assess surfaces, and execute the job to spec (Lead Techs) Drive the work truck, set the pace, and check quality before the customer does (Crew Techs) Follow your Lead's direction and hold your own work to a high standard Communicate job status and any issues back to the office in real time Keep equipment clean, organized, and flagged for maintenance when needed Represent the company professionally at every property What We're Looking For Must be comfortable working at height — on roofs, ladders, and rooflines, in all conditions. This isn't optional.
