JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a Mixer Operators and Powder Room personnel to assist with the production of rubber products. Duties will include general labor responsibilities such as operating Mixer machines, weighing powders, moving product, inspection, and trimming. Ability to make machine adjustments and troubleshooting will be required. Heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, may be required at times. Great long term opportunity! 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM / M-F

MANDATORY TRAINING IS DONE ON 1ST SHIFT, FOR 1-2 WEEKS

RD SHIFT:

11:30 pm TO 8:00 AM / M-F

MANDATORY TRAINING IS DONE ON 1ST SHIFT, FOR 1-2 WEEKS

STARTING PAY

$18-19 per hour, Paid Weekly (Increased starting pay available for previous Operating experience)

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Must have prior work history in Manufacturing / Production
• Weigh and mix materials for rubber production Move raw materials and finished product throughout warehouse Perform inspection and trimming/flashing for rubber products
