Responsibilities Operate and monitor rotational molding equipment safely and efficiently. Load raw materials into molds according to production specifications. Remove finished products from molds and perform quality inspections. Trim, clean, and prepare molded products for packaging or shipment. Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or roto molding experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
