Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plant equipment to ensure smooth production processes. Your proactive approach will help uphold safety standards, optimize efficiency, and maintain high-quality output. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount. Responsibilities Must have experience with Glycol & Amine operations. Operate various machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Monitor plant operations continuously, identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Conduct routine inspections of equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs Follow strict safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to safeguard yourself and colleagues Assist with setup, calibration, and adjustments of machinery to meet production specifications Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards to maintain product quality and compliance with industry regulations Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling raw materials or finished products as required Skills Glycol and Amine exposure and experience. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment Experience in manufacturing environments, understanding production workflows and safety procedures Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard prevention Familiarity with GMP guidelines to ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks over extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues promptly Join us in a role where your skills make a tangible impact!
