Product Assembly & Fulfillment Technician•Trailer Gearbox Trailer Gearbox is a growing manufacturer building high-quality, American-made products. We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to help assemble our products and get them out the door accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with their hands•whether you have experience or are looking to develop real skills in a production and fulfillment environment.

What You'll Do:

Assemble products and subassemblies using hand and power tools Follow clear, step-by-step work instructions Inspect components and finished products for quality Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Label and prepare shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Maintain organized inventory for assembly and shipping materials Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient

What We're Looking For:

Mechanically inclined and eager to learn Reliable•shows up on time and ready to work Strong attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple tasks (assembly + shipping) Good communicator and team player Takes pride in doing things the right way

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse fulfillment Familiarity with shipping software (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.) Experience with inventory handling or order picking Experience working with mechanical products
