Uphold a safe and organized workspace by strictly adhering to all PPE requirements and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and workstation cleanliness to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures. Physical capability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, and stooping throughout the shift. Preferred Skills Minimum of one year of professional welding experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues independently.
