$20.00 - $35.00+/hour (DOE)

Full-Time An industry-leading advanced composites manufacturer is expanding production to meet surging demand across aerospace, defense, and high-performance commercial sectors. We are hiring Assembly & Trim Technicians across all experience levels-from entry-level builders with strong mechanical aptitude to seasoned composite specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision trimming, sanding, bonding, joining, and final assembly of carbon fiber and fiberglass components. Read and follow manufacturing travelers, engineering blueprints, SOPs, and part specifications. Maintain rigorous quality standards aligned with AS9100 aerospace certifications. Utilize shop hand tools safely and prepare tooling, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; technical coursework or trade training preferred. Prior experience in composites, fabrication, or mechanical assembly preferred (willing to train high-aptitude candidates). Proven ability to interpret technical instructions, drawings, and work orders. Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a safety-first mindset. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with assistance.
