Job Description

Job Overview $300 Sign on bonus after 90 days of employment. Hourly Rate is based on experience. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinetry Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cabinetry components with precision and efficiency, ensuring that each piece meets our strict standards for craftsmanship and durability. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional products that enhance living and working spaces. Duties Assemble cabinetry components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and detailed instructions to ensure accurate assembly and installation of cabinets. Perform precise measurements, cuts, and adjustments to ensure proper fit and finish of cabinetry parts. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols related to heavy lifting, use of hand tools, power tools, and construction site procedures. Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry assembly or related carpentry fields such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or metal stud framing. Skilled in using hand tools (saws, drills, chisels), power tools (routers, sanders), and fabrication equipment such as CNC machines. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship; strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
