Responsibilities Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee production management systems such as SAP, ERP, and MRP to coordinate planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Analyze data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, optimize processes, and support supply chain analytics for better decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments by fostering cross-functional communication and teamwork. Manage quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Develop and execute operational plans aligned with business goals while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing management or plant management roles within a fast-paced production environment. Strong knowledge of production management systems including

SAP, ERP

systems, MRP, and production scheduling tools. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Skilled in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and supply chain analytics to optimize overall operations. Excellent team leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative setting. Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel for reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Prior experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable operational enhancements.
