Responsibilities Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee production management systems such as SAP, ERP, and MRP to coordinate planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Analyze data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, optimize processes, and support supply chain analytics for better decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments by fostering cross-functional communication and teamwork.
