This position is responsible for the management of the life cycle of the company's operational products. Thermal interface material is the main sales and marketing product. A bachelor's degree in business administration or related, the ability to speak/read/write Japanese and at least 3 years of sales experience is required . This is a full time, exempt, in person position, with bonus, excellent benefits and 401k.

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Product Manager Duties :

• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities within semiconductor, electronics, data center, and other thermal management markets
• Develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through quotation, negotiation, award, and commercialization
• Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and contracts with customers.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customer engineering and procurement teams.
• Support customer evaluation, qualification, and design-in activities for Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) and related specialty material solutions.
• Monitor customer roadmaps, industry developments, and competitive activities to support business growth initiatives.
• Coordinate customer projects with R D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functional teams in North America, Japan, and Asia.
• Ensure timely communication of customer requirements, project status, market intelligence, and business opportunities to management
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
• Prepare customer presentations, business proposals, and sales reports
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Product Skills :

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Able to speak, read and write Japanese
• At least 3 years of sales experience in chemical materials or electric parts industry
• Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and product development teams
• Knowledge of chemical materials and electric parts market is preferred ____________________________________________________________________________________
