This role owns full P&L responsibility, drives operational performance, and builds the leadership teams that deliver results. Key Responsibilities ⁠Own full P&L for both facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management ⁠Set and track KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost ⁠Lead hiring, firing, and performance management for plant leadership and staff ⁠Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and process optimization ⁠Oversee maintenance strategy and asset reliability, including preventative maintenance programs ⁠Own safety culture and OSHA compliance across both sites ⁠Own quality systems, including ISO certification, customer audits, and defect rates ⁠Partner with supply chain, quality, and engineering on cross-functional goals ⁠Prepare executive-level reporting and PowerPoint presentations for leadership Qualifications ⁠Five-plus years in director-level manufacturing leadership ⁠Proven full P&L ownership ⁠Experience running multi-site or multi-shift operations ⁠Strong background in safety, quality systems, and maintenance ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPointJoin us as we push the boundaries of manufacturing excellence!
