This role owns full P&L responsibility, drives operational performance, and builds the leadership teams that deliver results. Key Responsibilities Own full P&L for both facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Set and track KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost Lead hiring, firing, and performance management for plant leadership and staff Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and process optimization Oversee maintenance strategy and asset reliability, including preventative maintenance programs Own safety culture and OSHA compliance across both sites Own quality systems, including ISO certification, customer audits, and defect rates Partner with supply chain, quality, and engineering on cross-functional goals Prepare executive-level reporting and PowerPoint presentations for leadership Qualifications Five-plus years in director-level manufacturing leadership Proven full P&L ownership Experience running multi-site or multi-shift operations Strong background in safety, quality systems, and maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPointJoin us as we push the boundaries of manufacturing excellence!
