We are seeking for a dependable Plant Manager who direct and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the company's operations and ensuring that operations comply with applicable environmental and safety regulations, industry standards and company guidelines
• Drive operational excellence and profitability incorporating "Lean Manufacturing" principles
• Develop and control profits, plans, and a budget
• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving
• Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Implement cost effective systems of control over capital operating expenditures
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or adjust when necessary
• Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
• Provide direction, development and leadership to your team

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience running a manufacturing operation
• Proven track record of top line and bottom-line growth
• Working knowledge of Powder Coat finishing systems and light manufacturing
• Experience in "Lean Manufacturing"
• Experience in project management
• Superior interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Typical office environment with frequent trips to the production floor.
