Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or 10+ years of equivalent foundry manufacturing experience. Proven leadership track record in driving operational performance and team development. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and production metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise resource planning tools. Demonstrated expertise in change management and high-stakes decision-making. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience managing large-scale industrial or heavy manufacturing operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
