About the Role As a Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will spearhead production initiatives, optimize facility workflows, and drive operational excellence to meet rigorous quality and output targets. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture by mentoring supervisory teams and implementing strategic process improvements across the manufacturing floor. Responsibilities Direct daily production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and throughput objectives. Champion a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous workplace protocols and identifying hazard mitigation strategies. Manage departmental budgets and operational costs to maximize efficiency and resource utilization. Oversee workforce planning and scheduling to align labor capacity with production demand. Resolve employee relations matters and promote a collaborative, equitable work environment. Develop and mentor supervisory staff to build a resilient, high-accountability production team. Execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline manufacturing processes and reduce waste. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or 10+ years of equivalent foundry manufacturing experience. Proven leadership track record in driving operational performance and team development. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and production metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise resource planning tools. Demonstrated expertise in change management and high-stakes decision-making. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience managing large-scale industrial or heavy manufacturing operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
