PLANT/PRODUCTION MANAGER

  • Training will be provided Summary Glaz-Tech Industries is looking to fill the position of Plant/Production Manager .
The plant manager is responsible for the complete oversight of all manufacturing departments to ensure goals and metrics of safety, quality, schedule and cost are met.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Daily oversight and execution to the production schedule.
  • Coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans in the achievement of production goals,
  • Drive compliance to company policy, such as reporting time, attendance, safety, audits, etc.
  • Ensure consistent and effective shift and work scheduling.
  • Analysis of manpower in each department
  • Provide leadership and coaching that create a positive team morale and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain an environment with employee engagement to implement changes in procedures to improve value-added activities and eliminate wasteful activities.
  • Administering monthly recording of inventory
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees- maintain neat and clean work areas and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate in English
Background Check/ Drug Screen Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 5 years of work experience
  • 2 years of work experience in glass fabrication preferred
  • Authorized to work in the US
