PLANT/PRODUCTION MANAGER

- Training will be provided Summary Glaz-Tech Industries is looking to fill the position of Plant/Production Manager .
Responsibilities may include:
- Daily oversight and execution to the production schedule.
- Coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans in the achievement of production goals,
- Drive compliance to company policy, such as reporting time, attendance, safety, audits, etc.
- Ensure consistent and effective shift and work scheduling.
- Analysis of manpower in each department
- Provide leadership and coaching that create a positive team morale and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain an environment with employee engagement to implement changes in procedures to improve value-added activities and eliminate wasteful activities.
- Administering monthly recording of inventory
- Ensure a safe work environment for all employees- maintain neat and clean work areas and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English
Background Check/ Drug Screen Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Must possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- 5 years of work experience
- 2 years of work experience in glass fabrication preferred
- Authorized to work in the US
