Onsite Job Description Responsibilities:

Main responsible for all industrial operations, meaning leadership of Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Operations of business unit

Responsible to reach, in industrial operations, the KPI ́s defined on budget

Assure 5S good performance in all industrial area

Assure the O.E.E. (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets defined

Assure client satisfaction on part delivery, in terms of quality and quantity and deadlines defined

Industrialization of new products assuring cost, time and process capability together with Project Manager

Check on a daily basis the costumers sales input in order to determine direct and indirect manpower requirements to assure production targets efficiency

Reviews weekly production schedules to meet customer requirements and internal Budget/forecast targets

Reviews processing schedules and production orders to determine staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments

Reviews operations and confers with technical and/or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.

Assigns tasks for develop plans for efficient management of materials, machines, and associates, according to policies, procedures, norms, legal regulations

Continuously looking for improvements in safety, quality and productivity.

Assigns tasks for implementing continuous improvements and monitors them based on safety, cost of quality and productivity

Assure the implementation of HR Plan Director and Health, Safety and Environment Director Plan in all industrial operations;

Defines performance expectations and goals for subordinates and sector areas;

Monitors performance of tasks performed by supervisors and provides feedback as appropriate.

Develops skills of supervisors through training and coaching.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 + yrs. of manufacturing related experience with hands on operational knowledge

Commercial customer experience is a plus

Experience in Automotive Industry

Thorough and solid understanding and hands on experience of manufacturing operations in tooling, stamping, and/or welded assembly environment

Experience working in an organization that has a well-implemented "Safety Culture" is a plus. Strong Hygiene & Safety mindset

Strong focus in customer satisfaction, proactive attitude in problem solving and continuous improvement process

Education:

Bachelor degree in industrial or mechanical or production engineering or similar

MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
