Direct daily manufacturing operations by optimizing workforce deployment and machinery efficiency to reliably satisfy customer demand. Cultivate an engaged, agile personnel base through strategic change management, structured training programs, and transparent communication. Execute comprehensive succession planning and organizational development initiatives to build high-performing departmental teams. Monitor production outputs against strict quality parameters while managing plant capacity plans and aligning with regional demand planning processes. Ensure strict adherence to master production schedules to fulfill commercial commitments and corporate objectives. Track key performance indicators through detailed metric scorecards, identifying operational gaps and implementing targeted corrective action plans. Conduct regular employee evaluations and maintain an empowering workplace environment that recognizes team achievements. Administer annual operating budgets alongside capital implementation strategies. Drive facility sustainability mandates focusing on waste reduction and value enhancement initiatives. Leverage regional, corporate, and external expertise to accelerate continuous improvement across the manufacturing organization. $150,000 to $180,000
