$75,000 to $90,000 annuallyOverviewSeeking Field Manufacturing Manager to oversee the complete production of solar-powered equipment from initial assembly through final testing, quality control, and delivery. This position will lead production employees, coordinate materials and workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. ResponsibilitiesOversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations, managing employees, technicians, fabricators, electricians, and installers.Develop production schedules, assign work, track multiple builds, and ensure materials and components are available throughout each stage of production.
