Strong understanding of manufacturing workflow, production scheduling, quality control, and managing multiple projects or production stages simultaneously.
Ability to read drawings, specifications, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documents, with strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage employees, maintain production deadlines, enforce safety standards, and work directly on the manufacturing floor.

$75,000 to $90,000 annuallyOverviewSeeking Field Manufacturing Manager to oversee the complete production of solar-powered equipment from initial assembly through final testing, quality control, and delivery. This position will lead production employees, coordinate materials and workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
