Job Purpose:
Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Nature of Duties and Responsibilities:
Prioritizing and delegating work assignments to group leaders and employees to best meet production schedules
Monitoring output against schedule and adjusting resources (personnel, equipment) as necessary
Developing manpower forecast and schedules
Troubleshooting production problems including material, equipment, process, and customer specifications
Coordinating with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and other manufacturing departments to identify problem areas.
Supervising work performance and providing subordinates with timely feedback and coaching
Formally assessing the performance of direct reports
Assisting employees in developing required skills
Working with employees and HR to correct performance and conduct issues
Clearly communicating performance and conduct expectations
Developing corrective action plans as necessary to address issues
Performing various administrative activities such as completing production reports, processing time sheets, etc.
Assisting in the selection of new employees
Ensuring new employees are properly trained
Follow all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements. Responsible to report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Properly handle and dispose all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by applicable SOP(s).
Education and Experience:
10+ years experience in RF production manufacturing
Practical experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

$110,000 .
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
