Serve as the primary point of contact for HDNA organization at the vehicle level.
Lead cross-functional teams within HDNA organization, providing guidance and support to team members.
Communicate vehicle requirements and provide support to HDNA Engineering Teams as needed.

Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of any issues.
Coordinate PER trials and collaborate with Plant stakeholders feedback / EE SWAT team for End of Line (EOL) activities.
Take the lead in coordinating HDNA bulletin reviews / responses to SSTM and vehicle teamProvide support to HDNA Engineering Team, including part sign-off part verification, DV/PV, and Off Tool parts activities.
Manage EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and oversee Quality/Warranty analysis, implementing necessary actions to address quality concerns.
Coordinate Assembly Plant clean points and oversee Service Actions to enhance product quality.

Position Overview:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experienceExcellent communication skills that include writing, creation, and presentation of management-level high-quality presentation materials and reportsProgram Management experienceProficient in MS Office suite of tools, includingPowerPoint, Excel, and WordPreferred Qualifications:
Training in DFMEA, DVP&R and DFSS development tools and processesWorking knowledge of CAD systems (NX, Catia)Fluency in Spanish and EnglishExperience in high-volume manufacturing facilitiesFamiliarity with wiring harness drawings and specifications for automotive applicationsWeb publishing and familiarity with SharePoint data management environmentsPosition Overview:
