Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Manage and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process to meet production targets efficiently and safely Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing preventative maintenance schedules Monitor production metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and implement process enhancements Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct safety training sessions, and ensure heavy lifting procedures are followed correctly Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product quality standards and address any deviations promptly Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing management or production supervision within a fast-paced environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and heavy lifting procedures Familiarity with GMP regulations and maintaining compliance in manufacturing processes Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including heavy lifting when necessary Join us as a Production Manager and become a vital part of a team committed to operational excellence!
