H-P Products Inc Position Summary H-P Products, Inc. (Engineered Tube Bends Division), a premier manufacturer for industrial tube fabrications, is seeking a full-time Department Supervisor (Weld) on 2nd shift! We have a tight-knit group of dedicated individuals, and we attack monumental objectives together. And we hope you'll join us! Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all safety aspects of the weld department and the company.
• Assist and support the welding team and/or project teams on all welding matters.
• TIG/MIG and braze all metals including aluminum. (Do not need to be able to perform but rather be familiar with these proceses)
• Review customer specifications, examine structures, and prepare detailed welding procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with quality expectations and on-time deliveries.
• Complete all required reports, checklists, and data entries accurately and consistently.
• Generate ideas and implement changes in current processes and use of equipment/personnel to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs and improve employee morale.
• Successfully investigate, analyze and implement permanent corrective action related to customer or internal product and process concerns to reduce overall customer complaints.
• Provide training, testing, career development, and employee evaluations as well as set expectations to hold employees accountable.
• Drive the company culture of safety and quality and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company health and safety and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and good housekeeping practices.
• Instill and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
• 5-10 years of demonstrated success in welding operations.
• Knowledge of welding processes, blueprint reading, and safety.
• Excellent attendance.
• Demonstrated industrial management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret instruction, direct, coach, and train.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, oversee progress and take corrective action.
• Familiar with both Miller and Fronius welders.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled with the use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc...)
• Ability to maintain clear thinking and professional composure in high-pressure situations to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment
