What you'll do: Run our chocolate production line, including chocolate tempering and cooling tunnel oversight Lead a small production team and hit daily output targets and performance metrics Keep the line moving, troubleshoot slowdowns, and maintain quality and food safety standards •Note• This position does not make chocolate bars or truffles; it is strictly a manufacturing position What we're looking for: Supervisory or management experience — required Strong time management and a track record of hitting production numbers Commercial kitchen or industrial manufacturing background is a plus, but not required Reliable attendance; we recommend applicants live within a reasonable commute of our facility No chocolate experience needed; we provide full job-specific training

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:30a - 5:00p. No flexibility available.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, retirement, PTO, paid company holidays, and paid sick leave. Pay periods are bi-weekly with pay dates every other Friday.
