Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Productions Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products to meet quality standards and production deadlines. This position plays a vital part in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively during designated shifts. Duties Carefully pack products according to specified guidelines and quality standards Inspect items for defects or damage before packing to ensure product integrity Must be able to lift 30lbs Operate packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Must comply with the GMP policy at all times Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment (heat, repetitive motion, fast-paced) Reliable and punctual with good teamwork and communication skills Prior snack or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required #MS4
