Overall Responsibility:

Prepare raw materials, complete production processes, package finished products, clean facilities and equipment and perform quality checks to assure that only quality products are shipped to customers. Duties Complete work as assigned and outlined in the SOPs for any of the areas within our Production department: Depositing, Traying, Batch Drying, Continuous Drying, Puff Line, Packaging, and Front Line Lead. Use specific production equipment assigned to the specific department and position. Adhere to GMPs and Food Safety Policies and Occupational Safety Policies to maintain a safe work environment. Report Food Safety, Quality and Occupational Safety concerns area leads and to shift lead. Perform sanitation duties as needed. Perform Master Cleaning Schedule duties as needed Make process improvement suggestions. Properly dispose of waste material and used packaging supplies. Record quality and production data such as weights, lot numbers, metal detection, and temperature. Assist other employees as needed to complete tasks. Skills Team-oriented personality. Detail oriented and attentive. Proficient in mathematics. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Well developed sense of personal initiative. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
