Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00

Auburn, MA Savvy Staffing is seeking someone who is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The right candidate will assist with production, packaging, and sanitation while maintaining high standards for food safety and product quality. Responsibilities Pull products and ingredients from the warehouse and bring them to the production area. Stage ingredients for production and assist with preparing finished products. Make, label, and assemble boxes for packaging. Pack and re-pack products as needed. Process finished products through metal detectors. Palletize and store finished products. Clean, wash, and sanitize production areas, equipment, tools, and facility spaces. Complete production, sanitation, inventory, and cleaning documentation accurately. Track lot numbers and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and SQF food safety procedures. Perform physical inventory counts and communicate regularly with warehouse personnel. Follow all allergen-handling, color-coding, food safety, and company procedures. Assist with food safety and quality-related tasks when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Dependable, hardworking, and reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work well as part of a team. Basic reading, writing, and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift overhead repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to work with peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, and soy products. Willingness to follow all food manufacturing, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
