Stable, year-round work Position Summary We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Production & Equipment Operator who enjoys hands-on work and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll help operate and maintain equipment, move and handle agricultural products, receive incoming trucks, and keep the facility running safely and efficiently. No grain elevator experience? That's okay. If you're mechanically inclined, reliable, comfortable around equipment, and willing to learn, we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do
Operate and monitor production and grain-handling equipment.
Receive and unload incoming trucks.
Assist with loading, storage, and movement of products.
Sample and inspect products for quality.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and communicate larger repair needs.
Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
Follow company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
Pitch in wherever needed to keep daily operations moving. What We're Looking For
Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around equipment.
Willing and able to learn new equipment and processes.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced work environment.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, farming, construction, warehouse operations, equipment operation, maintenance, or grain handling is helpful but not required. What We Offer Competitive pay.
