What You'll Do:

Assist in the production of hardwood workbench tops, butcher blocks, countertops, and benches Pull wood from conveyor lines and stack materials for drying Inspect cut wood for defects and sort materials by grade and quality Feed materials through production equipment and assist with glue application processes Separate and organize wood by length and thickness Measure products as needed using a tape measure Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift

What We're Looking For:

Production, manufacturing, carpentry, or general labor experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Ability to read a tape measure is a major plus Forklift experience preferred Strong attendance and reliability Team-oriented attitude and comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
