General Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will operate machines in injection mold, assembly, and blow mold areas. No prior experience is required, as we are willing to train motivated individuals. The facility is not climate controlled, offering a true manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate production machinery including injection mold, assembly, and blow mold machines. Assist in food service operations and general manufacturing tasks. Perform assembly and machine operation duties. Conduct packaging and inspection tasks. Ensure quality standards are met during production processes. Essential Skills Ability to perform general labor and production tasks. Proficiency in machine operation and assembly. Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The facility operates under a point system, with termination at 8 points. Shifts are available Monday through Friday (CST): 1st shift from 7am-3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm-7am. Average work hours are 54 per week, with potential for 6-7 days during peak times. Compensation includes $17 per hour for 1st shift, with an additional $1 for off-shift hours (2nd/3rd shifts). Overtime is paid at 1.5x for 41-52 hours and 2x for over 52 hours, with a maximum of 12 hours per day and 64 hours per week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dunlap, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.39/hr.
