$25.00 per hour Job Description Hard Iron Labs is looking for a reliable and motivated Supplement Production Lead to help manage and perform the day-to-day manufacturing of dietary supplements. This is a hands-on production position. You will work throughout the manufacturing process, including weighing raw materials, blending powders, operating capsule-filling equipment, bottling finished products, completing production documentation, and helping ensure production runs efficiently and according to our quality procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with manufacturing equipment, and willing to take ownership of getting production completed correctly and on schedule. Responsibilities Weigh and dispense powdered raw materials according to production formulas and batch records Operate powder blending and mixing equipment Set up and operate capsule-filling/encapsulation equipment Operate bottling and packaging equipment Perform in-process production checks such as capsule weights, counts, and visual inspections Complete batch production records and other required manufacturing documentation Stage raw materials and packaging components for upcoming production runs Verify materials, lot numbers, quantities, and labels before production Help organize and coordinate the daily production schedule Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and production areas Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Maintain an organized and clean manufacturing environment Monitor inventory of raw materials and production supplies Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and company quality requirements Help identify and resolve production issues as they occur Assist with receiving, material movement, finished goods, and other manufacturing-related tasks as needed Work closely with management to continuously improve production efficiency and quality Qualifications Dependable and able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment Able to follow written formulas, procedures, and batch records accurately Comfortable performing basic math and weight calculations Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned production Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willing to perform both production leadership duties and hands-on manufacturing work Previous experience in dietary supplement, food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, manufacturing, machine operation, or production is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
