About Us Verti-Crete, LLC is a leading manufacturer of precast mold and form systems used in precast fencing and retaining block applications. We're growing and looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our Production / Wood Shop team. We value a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What You'll Do Build and assemble wood forms, molds, and production components according to specifications Measure, cut, and prepare lumber and other materials for production Operate basic woodworking tools and equipment safely Read and follow work orders, drawings, cut lists, and basic blueprints Measure and verify materials and finished components for accuracy Assemble, modify, repair, and maintain wood forms as needed Safely handle, stage, and move materials throughout the shop Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas Perform routine cleanup and basic maintenance of shop equipment Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet daily production goals Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment What We're Looking For Previous woodworking, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using power tools and hand tools preferred Ability to accurately read a tape measure required Ability to read basic drawings, work orders, and measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work independently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment Basic mechanical or shop experience preferred Ability to lift and move materials as needed Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods ScheduleMonday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 10-hour shifts Weekly overtime available Benefits Health & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Pay based on experience
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
