Coordinates employee activities and material movement to meet production schedule for shift; Ensures communication/information flow between departments and shifts maintained and effective; Provides on the job training of employees as needed; See, reads, and follows work instructions, safety procedures, and completes various forms and reports; Works with key individuals to ensure compliance to Quality standards and ISO procedures; Assists in maintaining accurate inventories, administrative tasks, and reporting accurate/timely; Provides back up to supervisor as needed; Assists in development of employee goals and provides input on performance evaluations; Assists employees with tasks and breaks as needed; Works with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner; Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptable to changing business needs, and continually learns and applies new skills; Follows all company policies, procedures and ensures employees do the same. Meets minimum physical/mental requirements with or without reasonable accommodation; Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites/Minimum Qualifications:
