Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to maintaining a safe, productive, and continuous manufacturing process. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following safety standards and operational procedures Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and technical drawings to assemble components accurately Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support production flow Interpret production documents, work orders, and technical specifications to ensure quality standards are met Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products to identify defects or deviations from specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing area in compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize processes and implement lean manufacturing practices Skills Proven experience operating forklifts in a factory or warehouse environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use hand tools effectively Familiarity with measuring instruments and assembly line processes in a manufacturing setting Ability to follow safety standards rigorously and adhere to safety protocols during all tasks Experience with process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or production environment Excellent manual handling skills, including heavy lifting and managing manual tasks safely Technical proficiency in mechanical assembly, power tools, and manufacturing management systems Prior experience interpreting production documents and managing assembly or manufacturing tasks efficiently Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory management and logistics flow This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a vibrant manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every step.
