Job Summary A food manufacturing organization in Monrovia, CA is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, food safety, and regulatory compliance programs. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on QA leader with strong USDA, SQF, HACCP, FDA, GMP, and audit readiness experience. The Quality Assurance Manager will play a key leadership role in protecting product quality, strengthening food safety systems, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain SQF, HACCP, food safety, QA/QC, GMP, SSOP, allergen control, and quality management programs.
• Manage regulatory compliance and serve as the primary contact for USDA, FDA, third-party, Organic, and Halal audits.
• Oversee supplier approvals, customer complaints, corrective actions, environmental compliance, sanitation standards, and equipment calibration programs.
• Coordinate microbiological testing, review results, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure product labels, specifications, formulations, nutritional documentation, and quality records meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Supervise the SQF Practitioner and Quality Control Technicians while developing food safety and quality training programs. Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
